A 5-minute walk to Utica ave stop on A/C train, gets you to Manhattan in 15-20 min. Coffee shops and bistros within walking distance. Located 5 min away from Brooklyn Children's Museum. 10 min ride to Barclays Center via Uber or 2, 3, 4 train (Utica ave).

The backyard is available complimentary for one night during your stay for Airbnb guests only (subject to availability). Please inquire about backyard use before booking. 

Many coffee shops and bistros within walking distance. Located 5 minutes away from Brooklyn Children's Museum. Located 2 minutes away from Fulton Park and Boy's and Girls High School track and field. Many restaurants deliver via Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates or Caviar.

This apartment is located near the B15, B65 and B46 bus stops, get to JFK airport without a hassle. Also, a 3 minute walk to the Utica ave stop on the A and C train, which gets you to Manhattan in 15 minutes. 10 minute ride to Barclays Center via 2, 3, or 4 (Utica ave) train. Uber/Lyft are easily accessible in area.

No parties or events allowed in the Airbnb apartment.

Our stunning and comfortable backyard is the perfect location for wedding ceremonies, baby showers, birthday get-togethers, and other small and intimate events for up to 50 guests.

For each additional guests (separate from Airbnb guests) there is an additional charge of $25 per person. For each additional day of backyard use, there may be a charge.

Rental fees for events per additional person separate from Airbnb guests:

10-20: $250 - $500

20-30: $500 - $1000

30-50: $1500 - $2500

Patio set available - seats 5 persons

Table and chairs available - seats 4 persons

Additional seating available - 6-8 persons

Guests allowed to lightly decorate the space

Removal of decorations and ENTIRE space clean-up is the responsibility of the guests

Monday - Thursday, 35 (max) guests allowed, 7 p.m. - 12 a.m.

Friday - Saturday 50 (max) guests allowed, 8 p.m. - 1 a.m.

35 to 50 Guests require a security deposit.

5 hours & 2 hours set up before allowed

Maximum of 50 persons allowed.
